100-Word Summary
TrustCard is the gateway to the Intuition ecosystem: a 3D NFT card that serves as an access key, a proof of reputation, and a mechanism for expanding the Trust Graph.
The cards are minted in the form of chests, revealed through an immersive experience, and released in 4 limited waves with unique rarity levels and premium benefits, followed by a public mint at a fixed price.
Each card unlocks an invitation system that structures the growth of the network.
Every action — invitation, chest burn, social interactions — generates relational data that feeds into the Knowledge Graph.
TrustCard connects identity, reputation, and community engagement within a unified experience.

Elevator Pitch
TrustCard is a web3 trust passport: an evolving NFT that grants access to the Intuition ecosystem and materializes your trust relationships and your knowledge.
-–
Origin Story
The story of TrustCard began long before Intuition: it was born from an idea by Istarengwa for The Hacking Project student community, aiming to create a physical, unique, personal, and dynamic card integrating a micro-certification system that would allow each student to have proof of their achievements, as well as a points system validating their participation within the community.
These points made it possible to vote on others’ certifications, give feedback, and obtain discounts through IRL and virtual partnerships (bars, three.js training, equipment, etc.).
The initial idea was to have an NFT version for on-wallet proof + a physical version for IRL partnerships.
Zet approved the idea. The project then began slowly with the creation of the points system.
Then, when Zet discovered Intuition, the THP team decided to:
- integrate Intuition at the core of the training,
- use the protocol as a micro-certification system,
- convert THP points into TRUST,
- convert micro-certifications into triples,
- recode the entire THP application around the Intuition protocol, with the help of students already active in the ecosystem.
Students then participated in several web3 experiments.
Everything accelerated when a tweet from Billy appeared:
https://x.com/0xbilly/status/1957860104776110173?s=20
A wink at Jérémie, a spontaneous request: mobilize the THP army to create an NFT card inspired by Monad’s. A few weeks later, the card was created.
What was meant to be an internal THP project became a much broader vision:
a card connected to Intuition, capable of representing users’ identity, skills, and reputation.
TrustCard was born from THP, from a tweet, from a united community, and from a shared intuition: trust deserves a tangible form.
The new card format emerged thanks to two key pillars: Jade and Kiara.

2. What You’re Building
Problem Statement
Digital reputation still relies on superficial metrics (likes, followers), without reflecting genuine trust between individuals.
In the emerging web3 space — where community credibility is essential — the absence of a reliable identity and reputation system weakens sustainable growth.
With TrustCard, we aim to create each user’s identity card / résumé, based on reputation, trust, and real value.
-–
Proposed Solution
TrustCard proposes an identity and reputation system based on trust, natively connected to Intuition’s atoms.
Each card acts as:
- a proof of reputation
- an access key
- an invitation tool
- a building block of the Trust Graph
- a résumé
- an identity
Key actions (mint, invitation, burn, interactions) automatically transform into attestations, triples, and signals within the Knowledge Graph.

Stage of Development

Waves System
Wave Themes
- Wave 1: Scholar
- Wave 2: Water / Sphere
- Wave 3: Bee
- Wave 4: Relics
Selection System Overview
Each TrustCard Wave is based on a participatory system using Intuition’s primitives:
- A selection of 100 pioneers through an upvote/downvote system within Intuition.
- The 100 pioneers receive x invitations each, obtained during their mint or unlocked depending on their trust score.
- Invited users gain access to the mint of the current Wave and receive x invitations as well.
- These invitations directly strengthen the Trust Graph, as they create explicit trust relationships: “A invited B” → triple / attestation recorded in Intuition.
- For Wave 4, the Relics Wave, the mint will have a direct link with the relics, and the mechanics will therefore differ.
This system ensures organic, meritocratic, and traceable community growth within the Knowledge Graph.
-–
Mint Pricing System Overview
To ensure the long-term sustainability of the project and secure a durable economy for the ecosystem:
- Under discussion: The team will receive x free mints.
- The 100 pioneers receive one free mint (mint fees covered by the team), as recognition of their validation by the community.
- Mint costs increase with each new Wave.
- Invitees have a price that varies based on their trust score.
- The following Waves follow a pricing progression that enables:
- a profitable long-term model,
- continuous funding for development,
- a perceived increase in value for the holders of the first cards.
This logic creates a virtuous system where seniority, rarity, and engagement become key elements of reputation and perceived value.
-–
Card Mechanics and Rarity Strategy
-
Each theme is divided into 4 parts:
- frame
- back
- background
- filigree
-
Each part is divided into 6 rarity levels, based on relic rarities.
-
Higher rarity rates per theme Wave.
- Example:
- In Wave 1, which has the Scholar theme, there is an 80% chance of getting Mythic compared to 1% in Wave 4.
- In Wave 3, which has the Bee theme, there is an 80% chance of getting Bee Mythic, a 50% chance of getting Sphere Mythic, and a 10% chance of getting Scholar Mythic.
- Example:
-
At each new Wave, themes stack onto the previous one and can appear together on the same card.
- Example:
- In Wave 1, only Scholar elements are present.
- In Wave 2, a card can have both Scholar and Sphere elements.
- Example:
-
The 100 pioneers of each Wave have higher rarity chances than invited users.

5. Alignment with the Intuition Ecosystem
Why Intuition?
Because TrustCard is not just an NFT, but a living proof of trust.
Intuition provides:
- a structured relational graph,
- attestation primitives,
- a decentralized identity registry.
Each user action automatically strengthens the overall value of the network.
-–
Intuition Primitives Used
- Atoms / Triples
- Signal
- DID / Agent Registry
- Knowledge Graph
- MCP (automated attestations)
-–
Why This Must Be Built on Intuition
The project relies entirely on the modeling of trust — a core function of Intuition.
Without its primitives (graph, attestations, AI Context), TrustCard’s value proposition would be incomplete.
-–
Optional
- Data structures: triples for relationships such as “A invited B”, “A trusts B”, etc.
- TRUST integration: used for minting and invitations
- Long-term contribution: massive densification of the graph through invitations + reputation flows
-–
6. Long-Term Vision & Sustainability
6–24 Month Vision
- New wave of cards + rarity extensions
- Marketplace for augmented physical cards
- Inter-application reputation systems
- Deep integration within the Intuition ecosystem & MCP agents
- New card designs and reveal animations for each Wave
- Creation of Intuitions Codes (QR Codes)
-–
Post-Grant Sustainability Plan
- Revenue through minting
- Premium physical editions (paid)
- Advanced identity services (domains, badges)
- Recurring revenue through collection extensions
-–
Optional
- Economic model: minting + physical sales + premium products
- Distribution: Wave releases + invitations
- Competition: unique project thanks to the trust graph
