:small_blue_diamond: Project Name :

AGENT – PLAYER MAP

:small_blue_diamond: Team :

  • Steven RATTON “Omiage” - Agent Co-Founder,
  • Alexandre Tedesco “Lutin_75” - Backend Developper

:small_blue_diamond: Links :

:small_blue_diamond: Summary :

Agent is a meeting place for game studio, its community, and player base.
As a Player-First facilitator, Agent is an open-source turnkey solution helping game studios address key challenges: improving player analytics and telemetry, visualizing community feedback, and managing toxicity or cheating.
For players, Agent tackles ecosystem visibility, social disconnection between games, and the loss of valuable feedback in the information cloud.
Its core tool, Player Map, builds a social gaming graph that gathers feedback and recommendation data, giving studios powerful analytics while empowering communities to have a real impact on development.

:small_blue_diamond: Project Category :

  • Agent / Registry
  • InfoFi / Knowledge Graph
  • Developer Tooling
  • Identity / DID / Reputation
  • AI Context / MCP
  • Consumer App

:small_blue_diamond: Elevator pitch :

Agent bridges the gap between game studios and their communities with open-source and player-first toolkit. It turns player feedback and gaming data into actionable insights, giving studios clarity and players real impact with transparency.

:small_blue_diamond: Origin story :

Business Analyst for many years and a video game enthusiast since childhood (platform creator and contributor, pro gamer, and e-sports manager), I have been able to discover the issues surrounding gaming and the importance of the player-first approach over the past decade.

Having worked for several years researching blockchain identity issues and on-chain attestations, I wanted to realize my life’s project and be the facilitator between all gaming stakeholders.

When Intuition appeared, the idea took on its full meaning to build what I had had in mind for years.
This is how Agent was born, a platform offering open-source tools and a turnkey solution to video game studios responding to the challenges of the player-first approach.

Wanting to keep the notion of “Human adventure” for a project and “Facilitator” for my profession, and the DAO model for Agent made perfect sense.

:small_blue_diamond: Notable traction or achievements :

  • Since the beginning of the year, our wonderful team of contributors has been working on an initial Proof-Of-Concept for Boss Fighters web3 game.
It has been an incredible human adventure with developers from The Hacking Project and a success for us. Indeed, during the launch week of Boss Fighters, Agent converted more than 20% of the player base accounting a +10 minutes average per user, we talk about 400 daily player for 1 week time frame.

Boss Fighters game studio is an official partner of its Agent community platform. It will offer rewards to be won during various events that will be organized, as well as each month for one randomly selected user who has met the conditions.

  • We build the first Intuition batch on the Player Map

:small_blue_diamond: Current users or early testers :

We took the time to rework our “Player map” tool with the Intuition Mainnet migration and will soon do campaigns with gaming communities to use it in order to gather structured data and collect use cases and feedback.
Player map is open source, permissionless so anyone can join, participate, and it is accessible for all now !
It can be installed in two minutes on a gaming platform, and we remain available to help set it up in a specific context.

2. What You’re Building

:small_blue_diamond: Problem Statement :

More video games are being developed with a “Player first” approach aim to work in close collaboration with those who play, interact with, stream or watch the game, to make sure they offer something they’ll love.

Success in gaming depends on game community. It’s important to keep in mind the game studio challenges for “Player first” approach :

  • On the studio side, we have difficulty having player analytics and telemetry, to visualize community feedback to deliver maximum product value and manage toxicity/t-cheating.

  • On the game community side, we have frustration for game ecosystem visibility, social loss of change between games for players, Loss of actionable player insights that get lost in the information cloud with fud and frustration…

:small_blue_diamond: Proposed Solution :

Player Map solution is appealing to players because it allows them to express themselves within the community and enhances their gaming experience.
They will be interested in having their own gamer graph with their values, preferences, feedback and a social graph.
It allows them to find their place within the gaming community, find a guild that matches their values, and explore to find their future teammates… and in the near future AI suggestions.

For game studio, the slow action and studio costs to implement what Agent solution propose will make us a must-have for each of them. With a dedicated dashboard, AI Analytics and an agent AI suggestion, they will be able to grow their game to the next level with us.

:small_blue_diamond: Stage of Development :

Currently at the MVP stage, the Player Map is functionally ready for full-scale testing to collect data that will enable us to work on building a Dashboard for Agent and game Studio.
:::info
We want to engage with Intuition to carry out a marketing campaign targeting one or more gaming communities in order to collect data.
By offering $TRUST to a gaming community, the community will be able to distribute $1 worth of $TRUST to its active members through a lottery or to each member individually, to be used on the Player Map following the testing of a selected game.
We would like to offer an NFT to one or more participants through a lottery to motivate them to participate in using the player map.

:small_blue_diamond: Expected future hiring :

:::info
Agent is looking to recruit an experienced back-end developer (Ruby on Rails) and an experienced front-end developer (React), or a full stack experienced developer, to deliver on our 2026 roadmap.
:::

:small_blue_diamond: Prior crypto / AI experience relevant to the project :

RFP 60 Optimism experience (Layer 2) :
Optimism’s AttestationStation strives to be one of the building blocks of decentralized identity. “Attestations”, as a concept, are signed statements about a person, entity, or thing made by an individual, company, or organization – and Optimism’s AttestationStation allows for the creation, verification, and revoking of both on & off-chain attestations.
AttestationStation is a smart contract built using the Ethereum Attestation Service standard that anyone can permissionlessly build on top of.

Steven participate to build out a specific type of attestation for Optimism governance. These attestations will state whether a specific delegate does or does not have voting power above 0.25% of the total votable supply of the OP token, which is a threshold Optimism uses for certain permissions.
Getting these attestations enacted would allow Optimism to move off of a manual process – i.e., a human monitoring the data and updating which delegates have at least 0.25% – and let their systems automatically discern which delegate should have the privileged permissions.

4. Grant Request & Milestones

:small_blue_diamond: Amount requested (USD and/or TRUST) :

:eye: How this work compounds value for the network :

More Players → More Insights → More Studio Value → More Intuition Value

  • As more players use Agent Player Map, the platform gathers richer feedback, gameplay patterns, and social graph signals.
This creates higher-quality analytics for studios, increasing the incentive for new studios to join.
  • Network effect: Player growth → better insights → more studios → even more players.

More Studios → More Community Benefits → Higher Player Engagement

  • When additional studios integrate Agent, players gain a unified profile, consistent feedback tools, and cross-game social connections.
This drives higher engagement and retention within the ecosystem.
  • Network effect: Player growth → better insights → more studios → even more players.

Shared Open-Source Components → Faster Innovation for Everyone

  • When additional studios integrate Agent, players gain a unified profile, consistent feedback tools, and cross-game social connections.
This drives higher engagement and retention within the ecosystem.
  • Network effect: Player growth → better insights → more studios → even more players.

Player Map as a Universal Layer → Compounding Social Value

  • The Player Map becomes more accurate and useful as it connects more players, games, and interactions.
As the graph expands, recommendations, insights, and matchmaking grow exponentially in precision.
  • Network effect: Larger social graph → smarter insights → more adoption → bigger graph.

Trust Loop: Transparency → Participation → Better Data

  • Agent’s transparency and player-first philosophy encourage communities to actively participate.
The more players feel represented, the more reliable and frequent the feedback becomes.
  • Network effect: Trust → participation → better data → better decisions → stronger trust.

Agent compounds value by creating a self-reinforcing loop where more players generate better insights for studios, which attracts more studios, which creates more value for players — all accelerated by shared open-source infrastructure.
